My room faced a busy street. the road noise was constant, and it really affected my sleep. the walls seemed thin. I could hear everything happening outside. i had difficulty sleeping, even with earplugs.

The front desk staff provided friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the free parking at the back of the hotel. My room was quite spacious, a definite plus.
Unfortunately, the walls seemed to lack soundproofing. I heard a lot of noise in the hallways at various hours. Street noise was also noticeable. (I could hear traffic sounds).

The location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to The Grove shopping area. The staff were friendly. I also appreciated the fruit water available at reception.
The noise from the street was disruptive. My room faced the street, and I heard a lot of traffic noise at night. The parking area felt a little tight. I also felt a lack of guaranteed parking space.
